Farrah is an emergency medicine physician at the Nanaimo Hospital who thinks she has her life all figured out, until an old nemesis transfers into the physician group.
As things grow more tense, Farrah must rely on the help of Colin, the quirky radiologist who starts hanging around the emergency department for no apparent reason. Colin is always a step behind in every conversation, takes things way too literally, and is a rigid rule-follower.
Farrah is running out of allies, but Colin seems to have a plan to save her career and reputation.
